Information you or your administrator enters — such as owner names, contact details, levy records, and documents — may be visible to other authorised users within that scheme according to their assigned role (admin, committee, or owner).
The strata administrator is responsible for ensuring that any personal information entered about third parties (such as owners or tenants) is collected and handled in accordance with applicable privacy law.
We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. When you cancel your account:
